Kaka is a herbivore they often eat nectar, fruit  grubs,seeds.
The kaka have a brush tongue for get nectar from flowers.

Description
The kaka is medium size it measures up to 45cm and (18in)in length. Males weigh  up to 475 grams that is heavy then a block of butter .And females weigh 425 grams that’s a north island Kaka.

Habitat

 The kaka lives on low land and it as mid native forest. it live it’s stronghold offshore s. of the kapiti island, codfish island and little barrier island.


Other Interesting Facts:The population for the kaka is 1000-5000.The kaka predators are rats,stoats and possums.
